more HOPE givers!

i just 'met' this gal, pati, from phoenix, arizona recently. not face to face, but blog to blog!! hehehehe
she is an amazing photographer! i am really glad that she is pursuing all that god has for her and her beautiful family. she has 3 gorgeous children, and a handsome husband! she adds to the beauty!! and she inspires, and gives many HOPE! from the true HOPE source..

i think of her and how her family is facing cancer. this is not a journey i have personally experienced, but i believe that we all have 'cancer's' that come into our lives.. i have made choices that have brought that malignancy, into my life/and others. i have repented and i have made better decisions, but in the end.. there are scars.. i call them 'good scars'. the ones that keep me humble, alert, prepared for battle, free, aware of the love that saved me, and... since those cancer's in our lives may not be permanent, they can be washed in the divine healing waters, cleansed in the pure sacrificial blood of our saving god! thanks be to god!!!!

i'm blessed to know this woman, and many others that have brought HOPE and have been vulnerable enough to share their story(ies)..
and through our pain or our past situations.. we can now choose to be the wounded healers, like christ.. the ones that use those tender moments/memories with the father of life, to be producers of HOPE and be perhaps the catalysts to 'heal' those same cancers in others; whether strangers, or close friends, or family.. or us, once more.

i wrote a song over 10 years ago during some of those moments for me, personally~

You Are

jesus, jesus
please hear my cry
a voice you've heard many times
spirit of the risen king
pour yourself on me

chorus
you are my healer
you are my release
savior, you know my needs, you are
you are my comfort
you are my peace
jesus, you meet my needs
you are, you are

jesus, jesus
please use this cry
to heal a soul like mine
spirit of the living king
pour yourself on me

chorus

jesus, you are
pati's website and blog.. you will be blessed!! with HOPE and more~

The Pakulis family is definitely a family that breaths hope wherever they go! Yes yes! I am so honored to know Pati too... she is the most genuine, transparent and real person... I love that so much about her. Love you too Lissie.... :)
